The women at this location was extremely irritable with me. I asked about programs or any help they could offer. She said we don't help with anything and handed me a piece of paper, I was in the middle of asking a question and she picked up the ringing phone and ignored me completely. I'm super upset. I'm pregnant and need help and she offered me attitude and rudeness. Next time please have compassion for those seeking help and do your damn job. I also waited 15 minutes at the counter before anyone even acknowledged me.
