Wish the recycling drop off had more hours. I can't find the hours on their website so here is the sign

I've been there routinely through my remodel. It is rarely crowded, pricing is fair, it's great that they take block Styrofoam, and everyone has been very nice. I had a lot of Styrofoam from all my new appliance boxes, and the lady gave me a special bag to take home and fill up since they have a limit to what you can typically drop off. Not that you need a recommendation for a transfer station, just wanted to give them kudos.

Went in to do the right thing and recycle a bunch of block foam (styrofoam). This was my first time there so I was not familiar with the process. I was immediately yelled at by a rude lady monitoring what I was putting in. I understand that they’re trying to keep things in proper order but it definitely is not necessary to yell and berate your customers.

The process is pretty straight forward. But the lady that handles the dump drop off area makes an already unpleasant task even more unpleasant by yelling at customers and making it stressful to back in. I have been yelled at every time I’ve been there, and she followed me to the sharps drop off this last time.. presumably to make sure I didn’t try to exit without paying.
