Republic Services is responsible for our scheduled weekly trash pick up. They charge for the service consistently but do not fulfill their obligation as such. They often miss our trash pick up and when contacted they continuously push the “pick up” date until it is time for the next weeks pick up. When attempting to contact them to fix the issue I dealt with Senior Advisor Shenetta reflect the professionalism of the business by purposely hanging up the phone when expressing my frustration and concerns.

I would like to rate the driver and give it a 5 star because every time they pass he takes time to pickup any trash left that fell out the trash can. He takes his time doing his job👏
