I’m just giving the experience we had. I think the grounds are pretty and I would have liked to explore a little bit more, but there were at least 3 homeless people there and it made me very uncomfortable with my small children. One of them spoke to my 3 year old son. I’m torn because I realize they are people, yet I am also very aware that mental illness is often involved with homelessness and I’m responsible for protecting my children. The playground area is also not gated so that also played into the safety aspect. All in all, if you’re going with your small children, pass on this one. If you’re going for your dog, it’s probably a good option.

Really cool park with lots of trails around the lakes. I’ve heard it’s not safe to be walking around by yourself some people have been robbed. A lot of trash from fisherman on the shores but a nice overall place.

Beautiful Park is a real pleasure to skate there unfortunately for tennis courts and only two were being used and I used the third one. Just trying to get my fitness on doing a little roller and my hockey skate.

Great place to sit in the shade to eat lunch, walk your dog, play tennis, let the kids play on the small playground. There is a baseball and soccer field as well. Of course Gilbert Creek is at the backside of the park. There are 2 dog area's here.
