Drive through was painfully slow (12+ min). My order was incorrect and incomplete. There wasn't even a receipt in the bag where I could leave a specific survey response.

This is actually a Zero (0) ⭐. Brought my father here to order breakfast. Purchase $40 worth of food. I was instructed on the window to wait on curb pick up #2. Waited about 30 min and order finally came through. I told the employee two orange juices are missing for the kiddos. I showed my receipt and she stated they didnt charge me for it. I understood but thet had me waiting a lonfg time for the food, I ask the employee if she can bring the two juices. She told me she be right back and never came back. This upset me, I spoke with manager VENESSA and she did nothing to help the situation. Never again coming here. These employees need better training in customer satisfication and delivering good service. I recommend NOT TO COME HERE. Please Share, Like and Follow for more #JaysTrueRatings

I went in that day with my Service animal & didn't have but a few bucks on me. With that being said was really hungry. My objective was to get a chicken sandwich along with a fry but I didn't have enough. So I told the cashier my situation & he suggested that I get 2 chicken sandwiches for the amount of $ that I had. Considering the sandwiches were on the value menu I did! The cashier even gave my dog a free burger! I was grateful! I sat in & ate. The ladies restroom was very clean and stocked. My dog & I bellies were very happy! Thank you 😊👍 for making my experience a delightful one! Customer Service from that young man @ the register was very courteous! It's just the small things in life what counts!

I like this location. It may be a wait that feels like forever but the staff is really nice. Just work on getting food out faster.

Very poor. They gave my order to the wrong car, removed it from that car, then tried to give it to me. Even outside of a pandemic that is a major health code violation. Shows they either have no training or no care.
