Came to this Jack in the box to get egg rolls for lunch didn't bother to check my food because I was trusting their service I get to my location look at my food notice that the egg rolls were dry freezer burn egg rolls so I went back to return them the supervisor told me that's the way they come that's how they're made but I told her I've been here before and they never look like that but the good thing is that they gave me my money back. I usually check my order and my food before I leave, people can't get this kind of unquality food with THE INFLATION if you raise prices give quality food people work hard for their money.

I’ve came here many times with the most excellent service and also my food always was fresh and delicious. I love how my food is hot and not cold when I received it. I’m also able to sit and enjoy my food with no harassment from employees and managers about ordering food. I feel very comfortable every time I’ve come to this location. I just did an review about the horrible service I’ve received at a location on (Airline) close to Goodson street. The manager and employees are not welcoming at all and will force you to leave if you don’t order in a second!!! So yeah, will not be attending that particular location ever again. But this location is awesome from my experiences. Love the park place location.
