Cars need to be in clean and pristine shape before presentation or sale to customers. Purchased a 2021 VW Tiguan.that arrived while I was checking out other cars. I test drove the car, liked it and a deal was made. I was given the option of coming back in a week to allow them get it ready for pick up which I agreed but the service guys said the could get it ready same day so I sat an waited for hours while they cleaned it. Upon delivery, I noticed some scratches that didn’t look as bad partly because it was getting late, I had been waiting for so long and I had over one hour drive back home. However, on getting home the scratches became more obvious and one was more of a dent than a scratch, and there were stains on the headliner. I called and took the car back for these problems to be fix but was told it will cost $2000 to fix the scratches but since I took possession without complaints upon delivery they will not be able to fix the damages. Sales man was really nice but won’t be going back in future.
