Last fall I paid for some photos of my daughter and I never received them from the school. I was getting no help from her school to locate the pictures or even help contacting the company...so I finally reached out to the company myself. I was hesitant to because I paid cash, had no receipt, Or the session ID, plus these were from last year so naturally I thought I was screwed but that wasn't the case at all. In fact the representative who helped me; her name was *JENNIFER* ...she completely exceeded my expectations. *JENNIFER* was able to locate my daughter's photo from last year and she even mailed them to me at no cost. This was important to my family because Several years ago our family went through a crisis and we lost almost everything we owned including our photos so being able to have those pictures means a lot to our family, considering we don't have many of them. Those memories are special. Thank you JENNIFER for all your help, Your AWESOME!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. #BLESSED

Cannot get any help on live chat service and when you leave an inquiry it refreshes without any solution, when you call by phone there is an automatic voicemail that states they are busy and just hangs up. Nearly impossible to buy from them when you cannot contact anyone for help.

We had the same problem my wife had to live chat with them. That seems to be the only way to get ahold of them

I sent a check to the school for picture packages for two kids that still haven't cleared the bank after a month
I waited over a month after ordering them online, they were backed up on orders so it took extra time for me to get them, if you email them you may get some help usually the phone lines are tied up, rest assured you will receive them it may just take longer than usual, hope this helps :)
Good luck. I ordered/paid for pictures back in October and have yet to receive them. The school can't even get in contact with anyone
I ordered my photos Oct 30th and I am still waiting as well it is very frustrating. But because of Covid I understand its harder. Takes 4-6 weeks to ship and 7-10 business days to deliver is what they told me.

I would email the academy's principal directly and ask for the school code or site to order school pictures.
I would contact Strawbridge personally and ask them to be sure. I don't think they'll deny you the right to get his picture made. You will need a certain number to locate his pictures. The pictures they take usually go in the annual so they should have it on file regardless of what the school says.
