In Voorhees NJ...Great store, convenient, helpful personnel, clean bathroom, good return policy, on-line ordering & convenient pick-up, plenty of parking, near other stores, an eatery close-by, coupons available as you enter

After nine years a member which equals to $540 I will no longer be a member. Every time I go to BJ’s they never have any of their coupons. Today is a perfect example I had a coupons for which they did not have I clipped 8 coupons and they were out of four. When I went to the customer service test they said well let me check in the freezer. I do not have time for you people to supply what you advertise. Oh their Roasted chicken was not ready at 11:30 and that usually is a big draw for most people.I do not see any great savings in BJ’s anymore. You must save a lot of money just to equal $60 membership per year. It’s not worth it for me. I did go to customer service and they looked at me as if I had two heads after waiting 10 minutes for somebody to wait on me. Isn't my time precious?

Paid for tires and made an appointment. Got to the store and was told they cannot work on my truck. I asked if i could just bring the wheels. Manager said yes. I came back with the wheels in 20 minutes. Now they say they dont want to put the tires on but i can take tires and install them myself after paying full price with installation. Manager will not come talk to me. Worst store i have ever dealt with. Not my first problem here.

Because the tire installers need smoke breaks
Stop being lazy and go in and get it yourself
Right now for new members is $25 other wise it's $55 for a year

Yes BJ's Voorhees has propane tank refill. Park by propane fueling station & follow instructions on signage hanging on the fencing to get an attendant & a refill.
Not anymore
They do have one option i believe for grass fed beef. Their chicken is mainly Perdue, and i believe they have organic but not sure about free range
Hi Keyhana, you actually don't need a card - you can do a day pass (which you can get from the member services). The downside - there is a 20% premium. So if you spend ~300, you already are paying a premium close to a year's membership fee.
The one in Maple Shade does, not the one in Voorhees.
CAll the store where you bought it a d they can answer your question. I know at Walmart if you bring a recalled product to check out it will not let you purchase it.
Is awesome and worth the money.
