I forgot my mask so I ran back to my car and got my mask. The receptionist was more than rude. She would not let me go intoto the room where my wife and son were to get his first passport. She made me feel uncomforatable and like I was less than garbage.

It's a rare occasion that my whole family is together on a weekday with our work schedules, but this past Monday we were lucky enough to be. We decided to go get the necessary paper work for passports as we read the both parents need to present to get childrens' passports. We arrived around 11. The store was open and staff where there answering phones and doing other things. All the paperwork we needed was supplied outside the doors in the mall area although pens to fill it out where inside. Good thing I had a mask because they are needed to enter so I went and got a pen and asked if we could complete our applications and get the kids' pictures taken. We were told we needed an appointment and to call the number on the door. I took the number and we left to fill out the forms at the food court. I called them once we completed the applications and they said we couldn't come in until August. I said I'm right here and the there is literally No one in the store or in the entire mall and all we need are two photos and they said no. I don't know when my family can be all together again during a weekday afternoon but I made an appointment anyway for a Friday afternoon in August. My husband will have to leave work early to attend. This place does not make it easy for families.

I had an appointment the 28th of July. I called that morning to reschedule the women at the front desk had an attitude from the first phone call mind you. She told me that morning they weren’t available for at least another two weeks since their store was moving locations. So I kept my appointment. Walked in 10 minutes prior and she insisted my appointment was the following Thursday. Obviously a lie since she insisted they are moving the store and nothing was available. Hence why I kept it. I don’t have a car momentarily and planned in advance to make sure I was able to arrange and accommodate getting my 4 month olds passport ready and taking him with me. Absolutely inconvenient. I hope someone in upper management sees my review and I am taken care of properly for my upcoming visit 2:30 pm as discussed on August 4th now. I do not want any communication with the rude women at the front desk. She insisted on speaking to me after I asked her to stay away from me and my child after bringing another gentleman to front. Unprofessional.

Called Camden County Store in Voirhees for an appointment to renew three passports. The lady hung up on me, so rude! Then told me that all passport renewals were done by mail. I called a different county store in Deptford Mall and they were fabulous. Lady named Stacy really helped us fast and efficient and professional. Thanks Stacy!

I’m sure you have to go directly to the Surrogate’s Office in Camden (camden Co.)
I know they do passports there I don't know much about it I had a will done there
I have only had my will, power of attorney and living will completed there. I don't know what other services are completed at their office located on the 2nd floor of the Echelon Mall @856-566-2920

I Do Not Know For Sure However I Do Believe There Is & An Army Recruitment Office In Medford Hopefully That Can Get You Started On The Right Path For The Objective That You Need 👍🏼
I think the office should not provide a legal advice. As far as i know they are state employees which are responsible to give you service and accept your documents, but not to be obligated to provide you with a legal advice. In other hand, I am sure that they can tell ya what documents they will expect from you for the application. You better call them and ask what they can and can not do.
Google it. But we are guessing birth certificate and drivers license. Still call
You should call the office. I will there for another business matter.
You can only pay CCMUA and it must be check or money order, with your account number..no tax sale payments
