I think the community room needs to be opened again seem like everything is locked we use to be able to throw parties and lil get togethers I think as long as the community room is cleaned and everyone has mask then it should be ok and all floors should be Exterminated for everything we never had mice in this building my 10 years of being in building.

These come up as sudizied apartments is that true? Do they wall to wall carpet? Is washer and dryer in the apartment? Is staff pleasant to deal with? What utilities are included? If sudizied what is the rent for 1 bedroom?

My mom lived there for 11 years. Rent wasn't subsidized, rather based off a specific percentage of each po person's income. In my mom's case her social security. Yes, wall to wall carpet. Laundry room on the premises, not in each apartment. Utilities not included. If memory serves me my mom's electric bill was subsidized each month. As my mom's son I did gave some interaction with staff, they were courteous, helpful and respectful of my mom and her needs. Hope you find my input helpful
