I feel like I am a part of the family. Whenever I call there's always a friendly voice on the other end. Our phone call can be 5 min or 15 min but it's always friendly conversations. Very trustworthy and honest and I always know I'm getting the best price and a fast delivery, even in bad weather or when I am almost on empty and didn't realize it til the weekend. Thank you.

We apologize for not meeting your needs. We do not make appointments to deliver oil. Unfortunately when a customer is not at home nor do they answer the phone; the driver goes on......Our drivers are paid by the call not the hour and therefore; with no one being at home to pay the driver...he is short in his paycheck. We wish you well with your custom oil company that can provide a scheduled time......Also, we do not use an answering service and are not in our office 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Again; we apologize for the inconvenience.
Once again, Ms. Tuohey we cannot discuss your sons account as you are not a signor on this account. He can check his method of monthly payments. Also your delivery ticket and statement were mailed. We mail the statement and ticket after each dellivery. Also, I dont know what falsehoods your were told.
Your son has a copy of the burner contract. He signed one copy and mailed it to us. And he kept the second copy for himself. He can check his bank account for the monthly payments made so far. As you are NOT listed on his account; we cannot discuss his personal business with you. If your son has questions; please have him call us directly. We went through all of this when you and your signed up originally. Once again; please call the office and we can go over it all again. Diana.
Do you have automatic delivery service? I guess they estimate how much oil is used by the outside temperatures.
