Comfort Keepers introduced me to Cheryl who has made a positive difference in my mother's life. She is professional, warm, understanding, patient and reliable. I have great feeling of inner peace when I know that Cheryl is there. Kudos to Comfort Keepers for finding someone so superlative!

I wanted to take a moment to highlight the amazing job Jamie Ramage of Comfort Keepers did for my family. Had a bit of an emergency when my mom fell and broke her wrist in multiple places and she could no longer take care of my dad who needed full time care. My sister and I were scared and had no idea where to turn. Until we talked to Jamie Ramage from Comfort Keepers. She truly calmed us down and assured us her company would be able to come in and help. And sure enough they did. Not only were they able to help, Jamie and her staff truly cared about us and took very good care of my mom and dad. I can’t emphasize enough the compassion and caring nature of Jamie Ramage. She is who got us through a very difficult time.

Comfort Keepers of New Castle, DE is a 10 STAR service! 5 stars is not enough to rate the superior care we are receiving from Comfort Keepers. This is the third home health aid service we have used since 2014 and in comparison to what we received before, this is is off the chart super high quality. Most of the home health aid companies will excel in office staff or the quality of the aids; Comfort Keepers gets a A+ in both! The owner is caring and often times picks up the phone herself. She is involved in the day to day operation. The office staff is amazingly caring and responsive. The aids are high quality RN's and CNA's that know how to connect with my Mom and treat her dignity and respect. They show up on time and have a "will do" attitude. My Mom would not be able to maintain her independence without this service and I would lose my mind if I didn't have their help. We also have a personalized website where we can access the work schedule and see who is coming and when. This is awesome! We also received care during the Christmas and New Years holidays which was impressive. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers of New Castle, DE. They are a life saver for me and my Mom.
