I had an EXCELLENT experience at Stales today! The general manager, Alex, assisted me with what I expected to be a simple item exchange. Despite the fact that the ink cartridge I needed wasn't available at the time, he went far beyond a standard service assist. Alex researched online availability; helped me identify my rewards number (that hasn't been known for quite a while; corrected the store app on my phone & subsequently accessed coupons that could be applied today's purchase. Today was a remarkable visit✨

Every single time I come in here lately, it has been thee worst. Between the horrible customer service and can't nobody ever help you. I went in today to get a single sheet printed, I would have done it myself (which they LOVE to tell you here), but I needed it to be printed on special paper. The guy behind the counter told me it'll be done by tomorrow because he didn't know how to work the machines behind the desk that he was working at. Why do y'all have people working there that can't work a computer and a printer?? I went to another staples and they did exactly what I asked, even showed me the book of paper types, and I was out in 5 minutes. Y'all need better management and employees that know how to do their jobs and give good customer service. I will never be back here again, I've tried multiple times.
