Just leaving this furniture barn 9/1/2022 at 11:42am. I walked in this ready to shop and did not get any assistance for 20 mins. Two people were at the front desk when I walked in and didn’t not open there mouth to greet me. Then no one came to assist or welcome or say can I help you like normal non racist furniture stores. So by the time I walked back up from a sale person was there helping 2 white ladies and the other lady at the front desk was chatting away with 2 other who’re ladies. They were not in the store when I arrived. When I walked out no one still said a word. I will never spend my money here again and i might as well close my Furniture barn account. Just crazy

I’ve been coming here for more years than I care to say lol and always find what I’m looking for! As my children have moved out they come here. But our last visit here was extra nice and wanted to say “thank you” to the manager for allowing us to keep our purchase there until our new home was finished. It’s been a stressful ongoing move due to Covid and manufacturing issues. We had no place to put the bedroom set and Sarah our great salesperson asked him about storing it and he said sure. What a relief.....it’s things like this and great selection that have our business for life. We’ve seen been back for an entertainment center and tomorrow I’m headed back again to make a decision on the kitchen set and extra stools needed. I can’t say enough good things about them! Thank you!!
