The way some of your police officers treat ppl is not nice. The way this world is built nowadays i wish some of your workers knew how to better deal with calls and real crimes out here sometimes. Some of yall decision making if off. Some 911 calls aren't being responded to but you waste your time and tax money showing up to calls about a neighbor yelling at another which was a lie but when that same neighbor was trespassing and acting crazy on our property you guys never came to help. About 1 month ago I had a PFA issue against my husband and these 2 officers were very helpful in the situation and directed where for me to go. This morning I got up early to go get some cigarettes and a frozen coffee from dunkin donuts, while I was there I got on their wifi since my ex turned my wifi. I played a few games while I was there and was there for awhile. When I got home I saw the police and animal control at my home. With the PFA they were concerned about my well-being. All of them were wonderful with the dogs and their concern of my well being. I wish I could remember their names but with this Traumatic Brain Injury my memory is horrible. I really appreciate their concern for me and showing my babies (dogs) alot of love. They really made me feel alot better. I can't speak for all of NCPD but this group of officers showed alot of compassion. I really appreciate you and all the things you did for me and my kids. I just really wish I could remember their names. They were all great but the female ncpd was very concerned and compassionate. Thank you all, I wish that all of the others were trained like you. It really depends on the circumstances. They could send an officer to take a report, and usually would be happy too, but if it isn't an urgent matter you would receive service sooner by going to NCCPD. This is assuming they are the proper department for the report. Give them a call at the non-emergency number listed above and you'll be speaking with an officer who can help you determine if an officer from their department is the appropriate person to help you. They can also transfer you to all other departments in the state, and the proper numbers for state services in some instances.
That's not a question, stingray is a carefully utilized asset of the State of Delaware that can be used in extreme but rare occasions to locate people who are in danger, quickly gather information about imminent deadly threats such as terrorist attacks, or can be used with a warrant or other exigent circumstances to gather information in extraordinary circumstances. Additionally, stingray is not an operation it's a piece of telecommunications equipment that mimics a cell tower.

Better off calling the police department or talking to an officer at or near the scene if they are available and not busy investigating whatever happened. Someone's business with the police should stay off the maps, if its serious enough it'll end up on a news site
