Very good service - have shopped here over 3 years. But the last order I placed in early September on the new website has not been received by me and I have not heard anything from United. I did get a confirmation email of my order and it said it would ship in 10 days or so. I will have to check with the store when I get a chance - it is not a priority for me at this time.

Hello Ms. Frye, most insurances will pay for an oxygen machine if ordered by your doctor and you meet certain insurance requirements. I'd like to understand your situation better.
