Needed service, so I called and I was on hold for over 20 minutes so I decided to drive over there when I walked in a big blonde girl in the front desk had her ear pieces in and on her phone!! Ofcorse not answering phones like she should!!! Terrible customer service!!

The repair men was courteous; he took the wheelchair into the shop promptly after we had the appointment and we waited for the repairs. It wasn't too long of a time when he brought the wheelchair back.

To name a few of the larger companies; Excellus BCBS, MVP, Fidelis Care NY, Aetna, CDPHP, The Empire Plan, HealthNow, Humana, ICircle, Kalos, Molina, Nascentia, United HealthCare, and YourCare. We have MANY MORE contracted insurers, and we are always working with new companies in order to serve all residents of NY. We also serve many other states for our Speech Generating Devices. Yes they do. Call and they will set you up with all the info you need and if a insurance claim they will have a person come out and show you a catalog with all chairs that will fit your needs and measure the person its for so they can fit it to him so he is comfortable and they handle all paperwork for the insurance and submitt it for approval. They are great to work with and have excellent service if you need a repair. I hope this helps you out.
