My SUV broke down after having it for only one year. Vandergriff Hyundai didn't accommodate me with any type of support , but instead the Finance Manger informed me they needed to prove if the problem was a Manufacturer problem or just normal wear and tear. The recall showed it has an engine problem. My vehicle started to die while driving it on interstate 20 west. 2017 Hyundai Tucson 50,000 miles

Horrible experience. It took multiple tries to even get a phone call back. Then after a week of phone tag I was told 'there's nothing we can do for you'. When I left a review I was given an email to reach out to so Vandergriff could 'make it right'. The email didn't work. So the only way to get in touch with anyone is to play a week of phone tag again. Had a 12month/12kmile warranty. Still within the 12k mile but have had the car about 15 months. Almost immediately after 12 months the following issues occurred - Fuel pump seal replacement - Fuel pump needed to be replaced (after seal) - Battery died - tires were at/below 4/32 Now the charcoal canister needs to be replaced. When I finally had the chance to speak with someone they said they wouldn't help. These issues should not be occurring 1 year after purchase. Horrible experience. It seems only decent to help with some of the remaining work that needs to be done.

UPDATE - EMAIL PROVIDED BY DEALERSHIP IN REPLY TO "MAKE THIS RIGHT" WAS OUT OF SERVICE. I tried to send an email based on the response from the dealership and received an response saying that it could not be delivered. Very frustrating experience. BEWARE WARRANTY Purchased a 2018 Toyota Corolla here summer of 2021 and it's been a money pit since RIGHT after the warranty expired. Dealership has been no help. We had the 1 year/12k mile warranty and about a week after the 12 months, we've had the following issues: - New Gas Cap Needed - Fuel Pump Seal Cracked - Fuel Pump Needed to be replaced - Battery Died - Tires are worn (need to be replaced soon) I tried to reach out a couple months ago via the email request form and didn't hear anything. Then I tried to reach out again and the response was a sales person asking if I "was still looking to buy a car" - Check engine light is BACK on and we now need to replace the charcoal canister. We're still below the 12k mile part of the warranty and were just told "there's nothing we can do for you".

Thank you to the my advisor- Mercedes Rodriquez- for being considerate and helpful! Thank you to the assistant advisor(?) that was greeting when the cars came into service area.

No I am not. All you need to do is call the dealership, get connected to the service department & let them know you have a recall, they will then set you up an appointment to bring in your car.
Email or call Hyundai. When I contacted Hyundai, with my bad experiences, they said there wasn't much they could do because the dealerships are independently owned and operated but they are constantly addressing bad feedback with them. Sorry but there may not be anything they can do. Your situation is different, so maybe they can do something.
Door windows, yes. Front and rear big windows and even the non moveable side windows, they will call a glass company. Feel free to reach out and call the service department!
Don't order through dealership! They are much cheaper at O'Reillys or Autozone, and larger selection of quality wiper blades for the price.
Your best bet is to give them a call.
