The place is nice depending on which unit you are staying at. The maintenance is very nice, I'm not so sure about the manager since I haven't met them yet. Some things I dislike about being here is the unit inspection and how they don't fix the bumpers at the gates. I suppose security is also good around here too.

It is housing, so I think it is between 160 for 1 bedroom and about 260 for 2 bedrooms also it depends on the incom
