THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO EVER HAVE YOUR LOVED ONES AT. I SAW WITH MY OWN EYES ONE OF THE AIDES CARRY MY MOTHER AND DROP HER ON THE GROUND. WE WALKED IN ON HER DOING SO. UPON MAKING A COMPLAINT WE WERE IGNORED. NO ONE HAS ADDRESSED THE ISSUE. THE OWNERS NAME IS NOREEN AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SELF. THIS WILL NOT BE THE LAST REVIEW. MY family IS ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AT RWJ NB AND HUMC HACKENSACK.

Thank you for the caring support that enabled my mother to stay in the comfort of her home and gave peace of mind to my sister and me. You made the transition from rehab back home smooth by anticipating her needs. Your nurses were always available to answer medical concerns and check mom's medical condition. Thanks to everyone Executive Care.

If you value safety, security, and reliability, yes. A quality home care agency is insured and also manages the performance and scheduling of its caregivers, handles billing and payrol, and has back-up caregivers to fill in when needed. With a private hire caregiver, you’re responsible for setting up payroll and withholding taxes, caregiver vetting and background checks, and purchasing sufficient liability insurance to cover any accidents or injuries in the home.
We follow infection mitigation best practices and safety protocols, informed by the CDC and local authorities, and provide appropriate PPE to our caregivers. The majority of our caregivers and Care Team members are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Home care is typically billed by the hour, so the cost depends on the number of care hours per week and can vary slightly by region. Most families pay out-of-pocket for their care or use long-term care insurance.
The best caregiver is an experienced professional who has the training and skills to support your loved one’s care needs. It’s also imporatnt to find a caregiver who’s extremely reliable, has back-up if necessary, and is a good fit in terms of personality and shared interests.
Home care is a supportive service provided by a professional caregiver in the home or community where a resident lives (in addition to facility supports) for peace of mind, companionship, and personal care. Caregivers can perform tasks such as running errands, preparing meals, assisting in the shower, fall prevention, and initiating brain stimulation activities to stimulate cognitive function.
