Considering how many veterans these people help on a daily basis, it is very efficiently run.

This is the worse place for vets who have served their country. Nobody knows what they are doing. I guess it's because they work For the government. Like the government nobody know anything THANK GOD WE HAVE DR. FALCON HE IS THE BEST.

I never write reviews, personally don't care for it. But this is worthwhile because I want to warn all veterans who are looking to go to this clinic for treatment. The people who work there are not only incompetent, they don't pick up the phone. filed a formal complaint on this clinic a few days ago, because I am tired of the inhumane treatment. If you just moved here, enroll in another VA facility, the one in Hackensack has the most unreliable workers who never pick up when you call. scheduling an appointment is harder than running a marathon; they simply don't care. look at the reviews, everyone complains about the same thing and nothing is ever done about it.

Questions & Answers

My father in law is a veteran and VA patient who no longer drives. Does the VA have transportation to get there? Or does anyone know of a medical transport service that would take him? He uses a walker and would need assistance to get in.

They help veterans, but I believe you would have to go to the main campus in East Orange for hearing issues.

If you are a veteran, you don't need any insurance. If you're not a veteran, they will not service you.
