My father, nearing his 102nd birthday this June, has been able to continue living independently thanks to the home care provided by Arosa, formerly Aveanna.That the recent transition from 'Aveanna to Arosa to Arosa is being accomplished without disruption to clients' quality of care is to be applauded. Kudos to Arosa as well as to the steadfast and dedicate Aveanna team for navigating the challenges while keeping in the forefront the needs of those they serve. My father has been in care for many years, first as a day care provided after hospitalization, later requiring 24/7 care. In between, My mother was also receiving 24/7 care. She, too was able to reside at home until her passing, at the age of 98. None of this would have been possible but for people like Gail Naletko, Nurse Supervisor for their cases, and Noemi Winans, Care Specialist, both of whom have had oversight for years. Their knowledge and dedication have contributed to a quality of life that would otherwise have been difficult to achieve. Their have been challenges along the way.What has been most valued by me is that they have both taken the time to become familiar with their clients's needs, and respectful to the needs of the family, as well. They join in a.true partnership, listening and responding to concerns as they arise, and are ever-present in true emergencies, as well.. Both Gail and Noemi have been especially thoughtful in matching Aides to the personality and character of specific needs of a client, of advocating on a client's behalf, and of offering guidance and encouragement in helping home-care providers grow and excel in their achievements. All this, provided with respect and kindness.They love their work, and their dedication to both the clients they serve and the agency mission - providing quality They have earned my sincere gratitude. And, Carla, I must add a special hank you for you. You are an amazing woman, and a major part of the team that has allowed for Merrill’c care to remain uninterrupted. You are, in my book, at least, a real hero in providing him the continuing opportunity to age in place. Your contribution is duly noted and most sincerely valued. You have consistently demonstrated your concern and dedication in working with the family over the course of challenging financial circumstances,.
