Excellent lawyer! Responds immediately to any questions asked. My case was dismissed and I was able to keep my job, couldn't have asked for a better lawyer.

Questions & Answers

Can I continue to drive until my DUI case is over?

Peyrouton Law | Sep 26, 2019

If you have been charged with a DUI, you are presumed innocent until proven guilty. You may continue to drive until your case is resolved. This means that you can continue to drive until you are either found guilty by a judge or until you plead guilty. If you are found innocent of the DUI charge, then you can continue to drive.

When will the case be over?

Peyrouton Law | Sep 26, 2019

New Jersey’s criminal justice system underwent both a bail and Early Disposition Court reform. Cases are being resolved faster than ever. However, the more serious the charge, the longer the case will take. If your case involves drugs, your case will also take more time.

Do I qualify for probation?

Peyrouton Law | Sep 26, 2019
Peyrouton Law | Sep 26, 2019

Probationary programs in New Jersey are mostly offered for first-time offenders. We need to know whether you are charged with a violent crime and what types of injuries (if any) that your victims suffered. This is not a simple question to answer.

What defenses do I have for my case?

Peyrouton Law | Sep 26, 2019

Each case is different and therefore the defenses available for your case will vary. It is important to take advantage of our free consultation to learn as much about your case as possible.

Can you beat this charge?

Peyrouton Law | Sep 26, 2019

We are very successful criminal defense attorneys. We have won many cases but we can never make any representations that guarantee a certain result in your case. Facts make cases and we need to meet with you to learn about the facts of your case.

Will I get a criminal record?

Peyrouton Law | Sep 26, 2019

Our mission is two-fold. We want to help you stay out of prison and we want you to keep your record clean. Again, we cannot answer this question without more information.

Will I go to jail?

Peyrouton Law | Sep 26, 2019
Peyrouton Law | Sep 26, 2019

This is another question that we cannot answer without having more information. We would need to know more about you and your case. Do you have a criminal record? Did you ever use a “probationary” program in New Jersey? What type of charges are you facing?

Do you accept payment plans?

Peyrouton Law | Sep 26, 2019
Peyrouton Law | Sep 26, 2019

Yes. If you would like us to represent you and cannot afford to pay our initial retainer fee, we will work with you on payment plan terms.

Can you guarantee me a result?

Peyrouton Law | Sep 26, 2019
Peyrouton Law | Sep 26, 2019

As lawyers, we can never guarantee a result. It is unethical to guarantee a result and we recommend that you not hire an attorney who makes this type of guarantee. The only guarantee we offer is to fight for you and to obtain the possible result that we can.

How long will the whole process take?

Peyrouton Law | Sep 26, 2019
Peyrouton Law | Sep 26, 2019

The answer to this question depends on a variety of factors. Your case may involve many criminal charges and legal issues. We need to meet with you to understand why you were charged with a crime and to learn what evidence the government has against you. There simply is not a straightforward answer to this question.
