Incredibly disappointed. We had our kitchen floor installed 2 summers ago and the whole thing has been a mess. The installers showed up not only without the right materials, but were rude and tried to tell us "too bad" and that we "had" to use what was on their truck, even though we specifically ordered what we needed. They rushed the job and laid the tile and grouted on the same day. Luckily it looked fine but now the grout is almost completely worn away and I've called and asked to speak to someone about it, whoever it was took a message and I never got a call. I called again a few weeks later and left a voicemail. Still nothing. I've never left a negative review for anything but this is unacceptable.

I went to the store, and 11:50, the neon sign said open. I knocked on the locked door, I called and no answer. I am disappointed. I usually don't find the time to go. Today, I finally had the time......

I have been waiting for a flooring quote for over two weeks. I sent an email about the status of my project with no response. Will find another company that would like to help with all my flooring needs.
