I was going out of town and needed my oil change didn't no if was going to be able to get my oil change because I arrived at the express lube 15 min to 5:00pm the service guy got me in and out really made my day Thanks for the wonderful service I received.

Bottom line up front: This dealership doesn't give a hoot about internet buyers. The story: I found a pre-owned truck at this dealership on Autotrader. I got connected with Paul Chapell, and his email signature says he is the Internet Manager at Freedom Chrysler to buy a used truck. Paul was very good at first, taking me on a virtual test drive over FaceTime and doing a virtual walk around. Paul answered all my questions about the vehicle. Then I started asking about extended warranty options, delivery costs, financing and other details about actually purchasing the truck, but Paul could not answer them. He deflected to his Finance Department and repeatedly told me they would call, and they would not call. I asked Paul several times what was going on with the truck and he kept blaming Finance. Finally, Finance called with very generic information, as if they had no idea what my questions really were. By this point I had submitted a financing application so they should have known that I was trying to, and ready to, buy this truck. I told Paul I was worried that this was taking a while and that the truck would get sold while I was waiting. He said he had the keys at his desk so no one could buy it while we were talking. The next day I asked Paul what was going on and he couldn't give me an update. I asked Paul for an out of the door price and he said he couldn't give me one yet because someone was test driving the truck. The next text I got from Paul said the truck sold and that he was sorry, but that the dealership apparently has to give priority to customers in the store. As frustrating as this was, I had a very pleasant experience doing an internet purchase at another dealership. If you are an out of state buyer, beware of this dealership. They didn't take me seriously, and they won't take you seriously either.

Ok I have bought a Ford Mustang covetable back when this dealership was Red Bird Ford. We have bought three Dodge Ram Trucks from Freedom Dodge . I have been having nothing but problems with our 2015 Eco Diesel Dodge Ram Truck. Let’s see what happens on Saturday .

The automobile that hit you should cover you if not did you get rental car coverage,also they a coverage at the Dealership that covers this type of accident,Did you get that coverage at time of purchase,it cost about$2500.?
