ATTN: RENTERS & HOMEOWNERS looking for a rental mgmt company - Please don't waste your time looking at ANY of their properties! And if you're a homeowner looking for someone to manage your property.... please I urge you keep looking. These people are shady, they do not keep their word, they are unprofesssional and literally thieves, they do not keep their word, their CS department hangs up on you if you call with an issue. If Google would let me, I'd give them less than 1 star!!!

If you figure it out, please let me know. I have been trying for a month now. Emails, Leave messages. No Return Calls, or return emails.
I did have an emergency, the keyless system was jamming, my kids where locked out of our house happened 2 times. They never responded, and it took them 3 days to have some one fix it.. LOL 3 days. They guy who came to fix the door was a solid guy great job. but seriously 3 days for a potential lock out and I pay for that..

You would be correct, I would avoid this company at all costs.
I've left numerous voicemail messages because all you ever get is a machine. I've sent several emails. All go unanswered and unreturned. I've been trying since February because they owe me a response on my security deposit!
Hey, I'm hoping you were able to get ahold of someone already. I had similar issues contacting the main number (no answer, no call back when voicemail was left, etc.). If you're already a tenant, I definitely recommend speaking with whoever your leasing agent/state contact was. If not, unfortunately it does feel very difficult getting anywhere and I would recommend just doing as much as possible online.
