Property nor house has been maintained. ac does not work, drains do not drain and yard is falling away from house leaving exposed slab already cracking. Has not been mowed and most plants are dead. Be aware of lack of attention given to their properties. If this is addressed I will update my review

I recently moved into a house where the ac unit needs to be completely replaced. You’d think If a property was available, they’d assure the appliances work. In addition, Not only was it a ridiculous method of paying initial deposits etc, it nearly cost me 90$ in a service fee. The correspondence is also very slow. First night of sleep felt like camping inside I’m currently sitting on edge of bed , sweating bc it’s Texas and 90 degrees in here. This is to add. I had to sleep elsewhere last night and until this gets fixed even though I’ve already paid to live here. It seems the only way anyone will respond is to a bad review. I’ve met the ac guy twice now. Why can’t he fix it ? He said it was dirty , is that not covered in the service call?

well I've been waiting on service for over 4 months and now the house is all backed up ..calling and emailing doesnt get much done or answers
Do you still live in the residence/have ARPM as the company? We have moved into a property of theirs managed by Justin Kerr. We started out the process with Priscilla Bell. I have not recieved an email or call back since March 18th, 2019. We moved in March 10th. I am currently being charges fees for unknown things and also having issues with the payment portal. So they currently have 2 months worth of rent for April because their system crashed after I paid rent last week. 😡
I was there today paying a deposit and she told me their portal was messed up and their backed up. I’m not sure if that helps much.
That depends on a couple of things. First the application must be completely filled in online, the fee must be paid for each applicant and proof of income and id card(s) uploaded. We then run background screening while awaiting rental verification requests to be returned from prior landlords. This process can take anywhere from 2-4 days and if we do not hear back from a prior landlord the application may be pushed through and approved, but require a larger security deposit due to lack of rental history. Our leasing team can be reached by email or phone throughout the process for updates.
American Real PM only leases homes at this moment.
