We were looking for the right car, the right dealership and the right sales person to talk to about our purchase on the next car we wanted. Amazingly enough we found all the above in one single place, eCarOne. We looked and visited other places, compared prices based on the same car and options before to purchasing our next car, but none compared to this dealership as a matter fact this is our second car we've purchased at this dealership. The main reason I was looking at other dealerships was because I wanted to know if other dealerships would compare or give me a better deal on the car we wanted. At the end of the day no match was found. So we decided to stop washing our time. So we all want to win at the end of the day, dealerships want to win and we the customers want to win as well, so I believe this dealership knows that and is willing to meet in the middle for both sides win. Ash Osman was our sales person. No words can describe the wonderful customer service experience we received from Ash Osman. This guy is awesome he has been working here for 10 years and knows exactly how to deliver a customer experience, not a service. I feel like I known Ash for a long time, but this is how things turn out when you meet the right people. When you start your own car search, call eCarOne and ask for Ash Osman. Try him first or last, it doesn't really matter, at the end you will see why. Do your search across dealerships, but at the end you probably wasted time and gas going all over the place. I feel that this dealership is not trying to make their profit out one deal only, instead they rather sale a lot to move inventory and make small profits out of several deals to make their numbers. This way we the customer benefit because we all get great deals. Check prices across other dealerships and you'll see why, not just the prices on their cars, but also the inventory they have is awesome. We bought the GLE Mercedes Benz 450, very nice car. We are loving this car. I could go on and on, but rather just add one more thing. I'm always looking for the best and nothing else and eCarOne has it. Vehicle prices are fixed, additional add-on services may be negotiable if you chose to purchase those. You are not obligated to purchase the add-on services, however they will attempt to sell you on them, just like a normal dealership. The add-ons typically have the largest profit margin for a dealership, usually only second in profitability to their financing schemes.
