So far so good for an older complex! It needs a few improvements, which I was told were coming soon. The grounds look very nice and Maintenance has been prompt. The neighbors are friendly. I just moved here and it's much more affordable than my last apartment, with about 200 more sq ft. I'm in a townhouse and it's spacious for what I need until the housing market improves. My only complaint so far is that the office doesn't keep longer hours, which can be inconvenient and the lighting in the parking lot can be a little brighter.

If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. No one ever answers the phone and there's no pin code to the leasing office. How does someone even lease promptly from here? By awaiting a phone call?! Foh

My mother lives here and she hasn’t had too much of a problem until now. She had ordered some items and had them shipped to her apartment. She was at work when the package arrived and when she got home her packages were stolen!! They have no cameras there. This being an elderly community you would think they would have cameras. The access gate from the parking on the side is open. So any and everyone can just come walk the property. Management is never there!!! There are younger people living there and it seems they are not very good people!!!

They NEVER answer their phone!!! Did she have abt problems? About 6 or 7 years ago, a friend lived there and she said they had a bad bedbug infectation. How are they now?
They are only in the office M, T, Thurs and Friday 8am-noon if that helps.
