We rented an upstairs apartment.....first time after my divorce to have my own place and nothing special. We paid $990 a month, but found out if we stayed it was going to be raised to $1295, nope. It was very hot in the summer....the air would run constantly 12 hours or more...it couldnt keep up. There were also 3 different property managers in the year we lived there. The one plus was the maintenance team...they were usually there quickly to fix any problem.

Management team is very nice friendly and helpful and cleaning up the place and doing their best to help out and get things done where they can

I have lived here for almost a year now and the new office people are doing a lot to improve things around here. They put new ac for everyone and cleaning things up
