I’ve never had an appointment where you didn’t wait over an hour before you even see the doctor. You sit in the waiting room for 30-40 minutes, and then in the actual exam room for about 30-40 minutes. They need to just say they can’t take new patients, because they are obviously double and triple booking. They rarely, if ever, have same day sick appointments. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Don't take your kids here. These people do not know what they are doing, never followed actual medical rules, and don't even do routine testing before administering medication. They don't even let you know when your kids next appointment should be or anything and on top of it all wait times are excruciating.

I guess they aren't really that bad but they aren't really that good either. We've only been twice. The first time the lady doing vaccines didn't know how many shots my daughter was supposed to have. That was alarming. One person said two and then she came in and said one.... Like... Which is it and are you sure that you are giving the right ones? Secondly both doctors are for the CIO method and spilled their opinions as fact. Both doctors were also against breastfeeding beyond 1 year. They both discouraged me and told me she didn't need it when the American Academy of Pediatrics recommend breastfeeding until two and beyond. They never have their schedules up so when you are trying to get the next appointment it is on you to call and schedule around that time. We just moved to this area and the doctor's office there was just more responsible and less harsh. Like who recommends not giving an 18 month old anything between meals? If my child is hungry she can eat but I'll never force it. I could've done without the parenting advice.
