The store staff was super helpful and friendly and patient at this best buy. The stock was lower than I expected and they referred me to their online store to purchase about half the items I came to purchase but they were very helpful about helping me navigate that.

Best buy has to be the worse company to do business with. You are unable to talk to someone at the store. You are unable to get support. They sell things then back track on them. Go to any other store but best buy.

Best Buy use to be a great store to shop. Now the selection of items are not near as great. Store layout is not attractive at all. Items stocked seem to be detailed more to certain interests that I refer to as trendy.

The battery itself may have gone bad from disuse. I would replace the battery pack, and put it on charge for the standard time. Then see if it runs again. If you don't want to replace the battery take it to the store you bought it from and ask if it would be worthwhile to repair, or just replace.

Your best bet is calling their "Geek Squad" and discussing the issues you've had. Once done with them, ask them to get a manager on the line so you can get an RMA (return merchandise authorization). All this is dependent on several things, return policy of Best Buy and any 'Lemon Laws' you may have in your state. 30 days to return defective stuff seems their limit. I A: Do NOT work at Best Buy B: Do not get any discounts or remuneration from them, nor do I endorse them as good or bad. They are a retailer I have some experience with, that is all.

Maybe you could go into the settings on the TV and get Samsung to troubleshoot your TV with your permission to hook into your TV. I did this on my 55" QLED for a different reason.

It depends. Check your printer queue to see if you have a print job stuck in a loop. If so delete all print jobs and try again.
I would also say no unless after hours with their express permission! Your turning raids could be difficult.

My experience has been different than what has been posted. I have enjoyed my shopping experiences, on line as well as in person. The staff I have encountered have been very knowledgable and willing to spend time to drill down to discuss the applications and expectations. In my experience this is a great store...
