Your best bet is calling their "Geek Squad" and discussing the issues you've had. Once done with them, ask them to get a manager on the line so you can get an RMA (return merchandise authorization). All this is dependent on several things, return policy of Best Buy and any 'Lemon Laws' you may have in your state. 30 days to return defective stuff seems their limit. I A: Do NOT work at Best Buy B: Do not get any discounts or remuneration from them, nor do I endorse them as good or bad. They are a retailer I have some experience with, that is all.
It will depend when you bought the computer and why you are returning it....if you are within the return policy timeline you won't have to worry...
Best to bring in laptop and receipt and customer service will take care of you. They are easy to deal with.
