I never post reviews but I had a horrible experience today at this business. I came in for a basic exterior wash ($8 on their website) and "Qwik" interior ($13 on their site). I've got dogs and the inside had a lot of dog hair so I didn't expect them to completely clean it, which I explained to the man working the drive-in. He immediately quoted me $99-$200 to clean the inside. I have had the same job done (which is a just a vacuum that I could do at home in 10 minutes) for less than $20 at multiple other car washes. When I told him this he said "well I'm not doing your car." I went to a car wash down the street and after hearing about my experience at Qwikwash they did it for free. That is the difference between a business that cares about their customers and a business that doesn’t. I wouldn't be surprised if they lose many customers in similar ways.

Paid for full detail and conveyor broke while we were in line..waited 45 minutes with no clue what was going on and no employees willing to help. Came back a few weeks later to redeem wash and management refused, even after showing proof of purchase. Time to find a new car wash 🤷‍♂️
