Reached out to put a deposit on a truck. Called and messaged the salesmen. He kept not answering and saying he’d call me back and never did. Sales manager left a note for my salesmen to call me as well. I was trying to give them my money and business and they wouldn’t take it. I’d go to someone who cares about customers instead of these guys.

My buying and or customer experience with Stonebriar Chevrolet was buy far the best I have ever had. My salesman John Frigon and the entire staff were so efficient, willing to assist, thorough, professional and kind. I am very happy with my car purchase. I am even still getting follow up calls and emails to make sure everything is ok. I'm extremely impressed by the level of service that was and is being provided. Thank you Stonebriar Chevrolet! Update… I still love Stonebriar …They always provide STELLAR service!! 10/1/22

First, I encourage each reader to look at all the reviews for Stonebriar's Service Dept. There are quite a few highly rated reviews, but almost all of the one star reviews are similar. You really should think twice before taking your vehicle to Stonebriar Chevrolet. My issue is simple. I purchased a used Chevy Cruze for my daughter. Since this car was for her commute to and from college, I also purchased the most comprehensive extended warranty that the dealership offered. Within one year, the air conditioning stopped working. When I took it to the dealership, they could not find a leak, so the service was not covered, and I had to pay $300! My service advisor said if it stopped working again, they would get to the bottom of it. Maybe 2 years later, the air conditioner stopped working AGAIN! She does not drive it much while at school, so it is still WAY under the mile limit, meaning it is still covered. I took it back to Stonebriar thinking that they would honor that promise, but when I mentioned this, my new advisor said, "that was over two years ago!", and then mentioned that if they cannot find a leak, I'd have to pay again. As you can imagine, that is exactly what happened. "Technicians" cannot find the issue, so I had to pay $300 again!! It is an indisputable FACT that there is a leak in the air conditioner. I have a bumper to bumper extended warranty, but since the technicians can't find the leak, I have to keep paying. In summary, extended warranties from Stonebriar only cover issues the technicians can figure out. If there's an issue they cannot figure out, the customer has to pay. That is pretty terrible service! By the way, with the refrigerant leaking into the atmosphere, that cannot be a good thing, right? I realize the newer stuff is supposed to be better for the environment, but it's probably not a good thing that it's leaking out. UPDATE: The air conditioning stopped once again. Only on year later! This time, we bought the refrigerant from AutoZone and fixed it ourselves. This car has a lead in the AC and the Stonebriar Chevrolet service department is unwilling to fix it.
