Do not ship anything of value or let them try to get you to participate in declared value if UPS didn't pack it your claim will be denied and by the way UPS has poor customer service no matter how you try and escalate they'll just transfer you around to other departments your claim will be denied with a generic reason like your packaging didn't meet UPS standards I would never use UPS again to ship anything and I'm trying to convince my employer to drop them as well

Did not print my online sent print job because the "supervisor barely checks the website" and the employees couldn't do it themselves. The employee was nice enough to print me some copies anyway but good thing to know they don't reliably look at the website

The manager most of the times don’t want to ship anything to Canada. Although I have been doing this for months, this time he really gave me a bad time and just to try to get rid of me he tried to rip me off with a $100+ rate. Walked to the Ups by 423 and they did it for $27 with no questions asked. Never coming back.
