Everything was setup for me to purchase a ram promaster, I filled out two application, send all the documents, work during hours with the dealership and finally I have to call them 2 days later and understand that they have sold the van that was supposed to be for me. When I was in the process the dealership was very reactive to make me pay but as soon as they sold it (without any messages) then nobody answer. I do not recommend this dealership as they are not professional at all.
