If I could rate a 0 I would. I came in for a haircut with Vanessa Pantoja & missed up my hair. I didn’t realize it at the moment until a day later when I straightened my hair and seen how uneven it was. To top it off, she provided horrible customer service. NEVER GOING BACK.

**Update** Turns out that my stylist was the one that acknowledged me and was doing makeup on a young lady. So she knew i was her 1100. When she finally took me to the wash she said that the girl before me selected the wrong service. She booked an everyday makeup but when she got there, the example was not everyday. So if you knew it wasnt what she booked, why do it? I understand trying to do extra but if you have time not go over by 30 minutes causing me to run late. You wouldn't dye my hair if I booked for a style. Haven't even gotten my service yet and it's already a 1 star. I had an 11am appt for a wash and blowout. I was acknowledged and asked if I had an appointment to which I said yes. I was told to have a seat. I did arrive 20 minutes early so not a problem. There were 2 stylist here and one more strolled in at 1102. She made contact with myself and the young lady sitting next to me. She was the stylist for her and I was told oh you are with her. She point to the stylist giving a haircut. Which didn't acknowledge me at all. It's now 1117 and she is still not done with the other client. If I walk in 17 minutes late, my appointment is canceled....but you can't even look at me to say hey I'm sorry I'm running a bit late, I'll be right with you. Never again.
