i had 5:30 and 5:45 appointments and they taking mad long. filled out all our stuff already and ppl come after and went in front of us and we was there first.

No wonder the reviews are terrible for this location. The women who work in the lab and elsewhere as reception are unethical, unprofessional, and must be re-trained. My mother was bringing in a sample and they were speaking about her in front of her as if she wasn’t in the room, and then finally asked her to place her own sample in their refrigerator because they didn’t want to touch it. This is unethical and incompetent behavior, they should not be working there if they cannot do their job. Previous to this incident my mother brought a sample in and it was thrown away because they gave her the INCORRECT sample to take and they NEVER informed her to re-take the correct one! SHE HAD TO FOLLOW UP WITH THEM, after not hearing back for an extended amount of time! This was a very important matter with tests that were urgent and results that were needed ASAP. Advantage Care neglected my mother on multiple occasions.
