The communication is horrible. I was told they would follow up with me about my test results. I called several times to end up getting another appointment for a month later and pay another co pay. Then after having an appointment I was rejected due to the fact that I had my daughter. Mind you even during the pandemic I went with my daughter. I'm a single mother with no family on the island. I've taken my daughter with me to several places with no problems and just so that I can get a check up i need to reschedule for having her with me. This is ridiculous. I will not be going back to this doctor.

Dr. Martins and his horrible staff, have literally refused to speak with me on the phone regarding two simple issues with my test results. I explained that I need a 3 minute conversation with him, but was told to make an appointment. I work in Manhattan and I would have to take a half a day off from work and sit with him for 3 minutes to answer 2 questions that he could have answered on the phone. I was also spoken to by a staff member in a manner that forced me to hang up on her. I don't allow anyone to speak to me the way she did. I have never had difficulty with any of my past and present doctors in speaking with them. I don't know who this guy thinks he is, but he is horrible. Dr. Attina, his associate, on the other hand, is far more bedside manner friendly.
