Horrible!!! Honestly the worst experience ever. If you're sick they will not see you in person. They classify it as covid automatically even with proof that your don't have covid. They automatically suggest virtual only to keep you waiting and tell you they dont have virtual either. How is a patient who is ill get treatment?! It cant be with pcp and it cant be virtual due to limitations. Honestly consider having a private doctor. Because advantage care physicians isn't the right move. They would you rather see you die before you get doctor's treatment. It takes months to see a physician. It's a NO GO FOR ME! They are the same with children. They see the child ill and prescriptions are never given. They wait until the person gets worse and lands in the ER. Horrible Horrible Horrible! This Advantage care physicians location needs to GET IT TOGETHER!

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Lam for years and he’s one of the most professional and understanding Dr. we’ve seen. Dr. Lam really cares about the health of his patients, sometimes gets on my case for not taking better care of myself and I really appreciate that. When doing blood work the staff are really friendly and funny at times, love talking to them. Overall the place and staff are great, can’t ask for better service.

Yup, every insurer has different copays. This is a good place tho, up to date technology, wait times aren't that bad and you can communicate and see everything in your chart online
