I went in for a lab blood work and the phlebotomist that took my blood put the needle in a part of my arm that I don’t think they supposed to go into and I was left with a nasty bruise the next day. They need to be re trained

It's not too many good people out there but PATRICA HALL is exceptional and professional. She knows the job well more than anyone.She takes the blood Sample just like quick and you won't even feel a pinch... She deserves an encomium. One of the best medical staff ever met

I had an appointment with the podiatrist this past Thursday, The best part of my visit was my interaction with the security guards, in particular there was one guard Michael who was more helpful and showed more compassion than the actual medical staff. Customer service training here is a MUST.

This system is so ridiculous! You can’t get to the doctors directly and you have to wait over 30mins at any given call to speak with their customer representatives...I went for a referral, sat in the office for exactly 30 minutes before Dr. M Abdul came to the room, only to spend 2 mins and gave me a referral for another Dr that doesn’t even perform the surgery I NEED done. Dr. Alerte has a million and one patients so he can never actually see you, unless you make an appointment 3 months in advance. I’ve been going here for years, but I think it’s time I find another office to facilitate my needs. 3/17/22 today I’ve decided to find a new physician and care team to help me, these people obviously don’t care about the patients they currently have. I’m sick and tired of dealing with their BS!
