Some nice sites. No hook ups. Showers only warm. No temperature adjustment. Push button on. Auto off. Bathroom a little chilly. Clean.

No, but there is running water and showers
Campsites are now first come, first served. Last weekend there were plenty of sites and I would expect the same this weekend.
You can drive and park at all the sites. Walk in means not reserveable. Yes they are open .
There's also a Raccoon branch campground close to this one.
