Limit of how many customers in the store and wear masks, can't use testers and they don't match foundation either

I believe someone is dumpster driving at your location. I am finding a lot of makeup being sold by one person on Offerup. ( for example selling 4 ABH modern renaissance palette. No one buys four of the same palette) .
