Professionalism always great, along with their skills and outcomes. Would normally give 5 Stars, but they made me wait for the doctor after the initial exam (no dilation) for 40 min in the small exam room. However, if you are maybe 10 min late, they will charge. Honoring patient’s time schedules should also be important and not make us wait excessively.

From the receptionist, optical as well, with PA to Dr. Bajwaa, the experience is professional. They listen, assist when necessary and always treat me with respect and compassion if I have a symptom of any kind associated with my eyes. I have always had the best experience along with special requests on my glasses. I highly recommend Empire Eye and Laser Center. Dr. Bajwaa is excellent.
