I got to the UPS at 11: 56 am and they already had locked there doors. It clearly states that they close at 12 pm. My package is literally a drop off ready to send! I wasted my time and gas! Not happy!

I wrote a courteous letter of complaint to this UPS location. I took the time to do this. My letter apparently didn't warrant a reply from the local UPS. I wrote this review due to their lack of basic Customer Service and it was responded to by a computerized, canned reply from UPS. All these delivery companies are doing a terrible job of delivering a package from sender to recipient. Even their tracking seems to be always incorrect. You can't depend on most anything today. Now, since UPS Colorado Springs has the Monument, CO mini distribution activity, it's gotten even worse. Just today, UPS Tracking advised that my package would be delivered between the hours of 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. You can't depend on anything these days. It was delivered at 7:50 p.m.

I had 2 packages sent from indiana to springs and as of yesterday i got one package but it said the other package was in springs but when i called to see if it was going to get delivered this week they told me that it had been sent to San Francisco witch makes no sense

Not very professional . Had to contact them a few times to get my package delivered ,& after the second attempt & giving them the exact directions to my home address, they still could not deliver it to the correct house. I had to quite literally go over to my neighbor's house to get it from their front door as it was lyingbon the ground. They have never been able to find my home address. That is why I am giving them a 1 star, for non-professionalism.

You can just go pick it up. They are only open from noon to about 430 or so, so call ahead. I know they offer pickups later than that though
Yes, you can drop off a package at this location. I don't know about the wait.

The location at 911 Emory circle does not have private mailboxes. The UPS stores throughout the city may have them.
They build in time to assist in deliveries, I'm sure they could hire more staff to support though🤷♂️

There is no direct number to this location it's not a ups store it's the distrabutaration facility and yes you can mail things off from there it's like the main branch for ups
