I shipped a package first day in August, paid extra to overnight it, and it was lost. Now I know stuff happens and it’s not the shops fault. I filed a claim to get my money back. After awhile I get a call to say the check was there waiting for me. I go in, checks lost. It’s been almost three months and still no refund. The package and refund, gone forever.

If you share any disagreement and tell the owner of this franchise about your issues with the place he’ll tell you to have better eye contact and disregard your complaint. I see where the disrespectful, rude, mean, horrible customer service comes from. Ups should be ashamed to have you representing them as a franchise owner.

There is a Fax Machine to Fax. It can Fax Letter Size (8.5x11) and Legal (8.5x14). Its the other fax machine that is receiving the fax if it will have the legal size paper in it to receive the legal size fax transmission.
I would look up your package with the tracking number on the UPS.com site, and then use the customer service link on that page. A local UPS store is a franchise that has zero control over delivery and has nothing to do with your concern.
The Mailbox pricing varies due to service needed, the size of the mailbox and the purpose of the mailbox. They range from Small, Medium and Large.
