By far the worst delivery service out there. Customer Service is out sourced to another country that can't do anything to help or see anything but what on there website. I've ask multiple times to talk to someone higher up and was told there wasn't anyone and if I want to talk to someone else I'd have to call back. Delivery needed a signature drive left Door tag didn't even knock or ring the door bell.. I'm going to have to start shopping with company's who don't use Fed ex as there shipper so I can get lpackages on time and not make me have to waste multiple days.

Very rude and disrespectful clerk unprofessional language , i asked for email to send the labels and she didn’t help me at all. Threw the receipt at me. What’s going on here?

It all depends on the amount of paper and black or color print, but only a few dollars up to five bucks.
