Very rude lady working there. I ship alot weekly, but this was my first time I went to thus location. I always have my packages pre labeled, to make it as easy as possible for the workers. This lady made ne feel like I was a big inconvenience. Would not go to this location ever again.

Just THIS location (Austin Bluffs). The worst service of any of the mail services in Colorado Springs. They refuse to give you a receipt showing you dropped something off UNLESS you spend money on another service. She would not accept an envelope using USPS. Told me to go to the post office (it was a pure- paid label. I have been to several UPS stores & in fact had a mail box at the Carefree location for many years. The woman running the location on Austin Bluffs does not deserve your business regardless of how convenient it may be. Very unfriendly, in fact, she is downright rude. This business deserves less than 1 star, but that's not an option. I am sure this review will be met by every objection possible by the owner as I see that's how she handles any criticism.
